“All right. Mr. Elizondo, you state in your testimony that, quote, ''Advanced technologies not by our government or any other government are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe,'' end quote. If these technologies are not made by any government, who is making them? Private companies? Or are you implying they are crafted by a nonhuman intelligence?”

“Mr. Grusch, in your sworn testimony you state that the U.S. Government has retrieved supposedly extraterrestrial spacecraft and other UAP-related artifacts. You go so far as to state that the U.S. is in possession of, quote, ''nonhuman spacecraft,'' end quote, and that some of these artifacts have circulated with defense contractors.”

Dr. GallaudetRear AdmiralEyewitness AccountUnder oath
“I wrote a lot about incidents like it, Congressman, but that specific incident involved the USS Omaha, the tour combat ship of the U.S. Navy operating off of Southern California. I do not remember the exact date. It was within the last decade, but what the watch standers on the bridge observed was a UAP. Again, something that was aloft but had no observable exhaust or control surfaces. So, it was something that could not be explained. And then they saw it enter the water from the atmosphere and going through the air/sea interface and so, thus, exhibiting transmedium travel.”

“Sure. Indeed, Congressman, and thank you for the question. It is important that we, as a part of this effort, really build out the relationship that we have with others, including NASA, and for the reasons that you just pointed out. So there are elements in our government that are engaged in looking for life in other places, and they have been doing that for decades. They have been searching for extraterrestrial life. There are astrobiologists who have been doing this too. We are a part of that same government. And so our goal is not to potentially cover up something if we were to find something, it is to understand what may be out there, examine what it may mean for us, if there are any, from a defense perspective, any national security implications or ramifications, but then to work with organizations, as appropriate, if it is a weather phenomenology with NOAA, if it is a potential for extraterrestrial life or indication of extraterrestrial life with someone like NASA.”

“And so, we must figure out—there is a calculus, capabilities versus intent, in order to identify if something is a national security threat. We have seen some of the capabilities, yet we have no idea on the intent. And so, this is why this discussion is somewhat, I think, problematic from a governmental perspective, because we have no idea.”

“Yes, and here is why. The technology that we faced was far superior than anything that we had, and you could put that anywhere. If you had one, you captured one, you reverse engineered it, you got it to work, you are talking something that can go into space, go someplace, drop down in a matter of seconds, do whatever it wants, and leave and there is nothing we can do about it. Nothing.”

“I think the same goes with this. We have these things that are being observed over controlled U.S. airspace, and they are not really doing a good job of hiding themselves. They are making it pretty obvious they have the ability to even interfere with our nuclear equities and our nuclear readiness.”

“Actually, I have been treated very well and the six people that were involved, myself included, all of them have or will be retiring from the military as 05s, 06s, and all my friends that are very senior, three and four stars, I have talked to them. They believe. They understand there is a problem. But no, I was actually treated really well.”
