There are 243 civilian UFO sighting reports from Washington in the NUFORC data on this site, dated 1952 to 2013. The busiest year was 2002, with 26 reports. The shapes witnesses reported most were orb (87), sphere (32) and disc (29).
Most reports come from Seattle (41), Spokane (12) and Tacoma (9), out of 112 places in the state with at least one report.
