In 2004 Freddie founded the digital agency, ichameleon/group, which gained widespread respect and accolades during its four year rise developing campaigns for globally recognised brands including Coca-Cola, Guinness, Taco Bell and Toyota. ichameleon’s creative magic lived on as the team of talented strategists, doodlers, developers and rock stars joined Freddie at SapientNitro, when the company continued to acquire some of the world’s best marketing talent.
Freddie has participated in the creation of well over 1,500 interactive projects from financial institution applications to left-field viral marketing campaigns, so has the ideal background to develop high impact multi-channel marketing campaigns that reach millions of consumers for companies like Coca-Cola and Unilever.
Freddie has been pioneering Internet related ventures since 1995. In the early days of the Internet his accomplishments ranged from Internet landmarks such as the creation of the world’s first 24-hour a day Internet Radio station, “The Womb”, to founding one of Florida’s oldest Internet Service Providers.
In addition to his strategy duties Freddie actively contributes to both the blog TakeMeToYourLeader.com and AdAge.com in conjunction with participating in speaking engagements around the world on social media and future marketing trends.

Rob Gonda is an industry visionary and thought leader that combines his passion for emerging technologies with his keen eye for consumer trend spotting. In his role as global director of creative technology at SapientNitro, Rob’s marketing vision and technical depth enables translating marketing strategy into technology and vice-versa, choreographing data and marketing technology to enable innovation in customer experience. He is responsible for establishing marketing technology standards, identifying strategic alliances, enabling cross-discipline engagement models, and running the marketing innovation lab.
Gonda has more than 15 years of experience in web development and through the line marketing campaigns for clients such as Coca-Cola, Chrysler, Unilever, Diageo, Mars, and others. His areas of specialty include strategic planning, technical marketing innovation, strategic integration of corporate Marketing and IT, social and influencer marketing, emerging channels and experiences, and product innovation. Before joining the strategy and technology leadership teams at Sapient, Gonda was co-founder and chief technical officer at ichameleon/group/.
In addition to his agency work, Gonda chairs the digital media council at the Advertising Research Foundation, is the former editor-in-chief of the AJAX World Magazine, co-author of “Real-World AJAX: Secrets of the Masters” book, a passionate blogger who co-authors takemetoyourleader.com, contributor to various publications such as Ad Age and Ad Week, and a frequent figure on the speaker circuit, having presented at conferences from the senate’s CIO emerging technology to SXSW and Omma.
