		<description>Social media has huge potential for brands. I&#039;m glad to see some big names jump on board successfully, but there are tons of opportunities that are being missed as well. Any company that doesn&#039;t have at least a part time social media specialist, or fanatics in the community, are missing great customer service potential.</description>
